David R. Fenstermacher, R.A., C.S.I.
Quality Control Manager
Mr. Fenstermacher is a construction administrator for the firm. Dave is a graduate of the Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture. He is a licensed architect in Pennsylvania with over 45 years of experience in the construction industry. In addition to being involved in the design and construction of many projects, primarily in eastern Pennsylvania, he was employed as Corporate Architect for B. Braun Medical Inc. with corporate headquarters in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. He also served as an adjunct instructor in the Architecture Curriculum at Northampton Community College for over a decade. He has an extensive background in Construction Document preparation and Contract Administration.
David is past president of the Greater Lehigh Valley Chapter of the Construction Specifications Institute. He is also involved with community activities including the Rotary Club of Bethlehem and has formerly served on the Board of Directors for Historic Bethlehem, Inc.
