Chris joined Breslin Architects in 2017, bringing 25 years of experience in architecture, construction, and historic preservation to the firm. His expertise includes performing conditions assessment surveys of modern and historic building systems, designing new and restoration construction, developing working drawings and technical specifications, and managing small to mid-size privately and publicly funded projects. His proven research and writing abilities in preparing historic structure reports, preservation plans, and National Register of Historic Places nominations provide a valuable asset to Breslin Architects.
Chris received his Bachelor of Arts Degree from Moravian College, and his Master of Science Degree from the University of Pennsylvania School of Design’s Historic Preservation Program.
He is a past guest critic at Lehigh University’s Department of Art, Architecture and Design, as well as a past guest lecturer at Lehigh’s Department of Religious Studies and their Program in Public History.
He has been a Keystone Construction Grant Reviewer, Conference and Workshop Presenter for the Pennsylvania Historical and Museum Commission, and Juror of New Jersey Historic Preservation Awards for Preservation New Jersey.
