Thomas M. Romancheck, C.S.I.

Specifications Writer

Mr. Romancheck has a diverse background in educational, healthcare, and corporate/research building projects responsible for the development and coordination of Construction Documents and writing specifications. Since joining Breslin Architects in 2003, he has been responsible for the development and preparation of general construction specifications for many of the firm’s major projects.

Several projects that he has made major contributions to are the Souderton High School, Chester County Technical College High School, Whitehall High School, Southern Lehigh Elementary School, Kennett High School, Sugartown Elementary School, Octorara Intermediate School, and Wissahickon High School Natatorium.

Tom has an Associate Degree in Applied Science at Luzerne County Community College and is a member of the Construction Specification Institute.
