Prior to relocating to the Lehigh Valley and joining the firm in 2015, Theresa held administrative roles in several Lancaster County professional services firms, including two architectural studios, a Big 5 accounting firm, as well as a private Pennsylvania liberal arts college.

She has 35 years of experience in executive level administrative support, office administration and client service; 25 of those in the architectural community. Theresa has supported the firm as an administrative assistant/marketing coordinator, office manager, and currently serves in a training and administrative support role.
