  • Eagleville Elementary School
CLIENT Methacton School District
LOCATION Eagleville, Pennsylvania
TYPE New Construction
SIZE 66,200 sq. ft.

This 625 student elementary school is the fourth major project that Breslin Architects has designed for the Methacton School District. The building was constructed on the same site as the existing school. Following its completion, the new building was occupied and the existing school was demolished and the remaining portion of the site developed for recreational space and play fields. The existing school was occupied and functional throughout the 17 month Phase I construction activity. The new school is organized with a two-story grouping of classrooms to the left of the main entrance and the share use/community related facilities such as the gymnasium, cafeteria, and library to the right, thus permitting easy access for the public.
